You can either fly to Vieques from San Juan ($86 R/T - VAL) or St. Thomas with one of the airlines or get there from the town of Fajardo by ferry. (Fajardo is about 1 hour 30 min drive from San Juan International Airport). You can also take a cab to Ceiba Airport, and fly from there!
From Fajardo it will cost $4.00 round trip for a 1 hr ferry ride, or $40 round trip by plane on a 10 min flight.
